Pacific grove city council members rejected a proposal to put parking kiosks in downtown parking lots. The council was presented with a series of plans by chief cit planner lynn burgess, which considered a number of measures to increase revenue. While city council members turned down the kiosks, they are considering installing electronic monitors at lovers point, and increasing meters downtown. Downtown meters could generate as much as 68-thosuand dollars for the city annually.
