construction workers in seaside stumbled upon a military ordnance on coe avenue yesterday. seaside police, along with the monterey county bomb squad responded to the scene and secured the area. the ordnance was determined to be a parachute flare. seaside police would like to remind citizens that if any explosive is found, you should never touch it, and you should immediately notify law enforcement.
