a preliminary examination has been scheduled for a hollister man accused of stealing copper wire from a p.g.&e. building last month. 35 year old james r. mckuin was arrested on suspcion of stealing copper wire from the p.g.&e. property on 7th street in hollister. police are investigating leads to determine if he is linked to other copper wire thefts in the area. a preliminary examination is set for december 23rd.
