A 14-year-old Watsonville boy was shot and killed on Saturday, and another teenager was injured. The shooting took place at 8:15 p.m., a few miles east of the santa cruz county fairgrounds. santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies found the 2-victims on the 4-hundred block of hecker pass road. Both were taken to Watsonville community hospital, where the 14-year-old was pronounced dead. The other victim was treated and released. the incident is being investigated as gang related.
