4-people were injured when 2-vehicles collided early Sunday morning in Salinas. 1-of the drivers was attempting to flee from Monterey county sheriff’s deputies, when they struck another vehicle near Williams road and garner avenue. The suspect’s vehicle then hit a telephone pole. 2-people involved were treated for minor injuries, while 2-others were air lifted to bay area hospitals with injuries described as major.
