Salinas police officers arrested a woman for felony hit and run on Friday evening. 39-year-old Blanca Xicum was taken into custody at the starbucks on Boronda and Sanborn Road. She is accused of striking a 16-year-old man who was roller-blading at buckhorn and sanborn. She continued driving, but witnesses pointed her out to authorities. The victim was taken a local hospital, and is expected to survive his injuries.
