A woman who was wanted on felony drug charges has been arrested. 24-year-old Ruby Isela Bernabe was taken into custody by Watsonville police officers on wednesday. In addition to felony drug possession, the suspected norteno gang member is facing a misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia.
