A man is facing charges of battery on a peace officer, after allegedly kicking a santa cruz county sheriff’s deputy and spitting on another. Michael coen harris was being removed from a bar in felton, when he allegedly fought with the arresting deputies. In addition to battery, Harris is facing potential charges of resisting arrest and public intoxication.
