A 22 year old man was arrested on wednesday, after allegedly threatening security guards in downtown santa cruz. The guards from first alarm contacted santa cruz police officers, after seeing Russell reeder threaten to fight other people, and then them. Officers took the Colorado resident into custody, on the 11-hundred block of pacific avenue.
