2-incidents this week have prompted officials with the Monterey county youth detention center in salinas, to call a public meeting. The move comes after 1-teenager that had escaped from the facility, was re-arrested on Wednesday, but another teen escaped from the facility on Tuesday. that marks the 3rd separate escape from the facility since august. A total of 9-juveniles escaped, 6 have been re-arrested. the community meeting is tentatively set for October 26th, at a location yet to be announced.
