Santa cruz county sheriff’s deputies arrested a 54-year-old man yesterday morning, on charges of illegal cultivation of marijuana. Greg neal was arrested at his residence on the 2-hundred block of younglove avenue. he is accused of converting an entire house on the 3-hundred block of Monterey street into a grow house, where deputies seized about 800-plants on Thursday. Neal could also face charges of cultivation for sale, and utility theft, after it was allegedly discovered that he had an illegally hook-up.
