the results of the san benito county assessor’s annual report have been released. according to the report, property values in the county have dropped 2.5 percent in 2010. the largest percent decrease in assessed values was in the north county school district, which saw a drop by 8.6 percent. hollister’s values dropped by 4.1 percent, while san juan’s fell by 0.9 percent.
