the Watsonville planning commission has given approval, for a new consignment store to move to main street. commissioners authorized a “special use permit,” for “Fabulous Finds,” (a used and new clothing store), to open at 434 main street. the permit was needed to ensure that such a business fit in with neighboring businesses.
