ALTHOUGH MARINA RESIDENT STEVE JESTER WAS FOUND GUILTY OF DISOBEYING AN OFFICER’S ORDERS, POSSESSING MARIJUANA, AND DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, the JURY CLEARED HIM ON the CHARGE OF THREATENING A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. JESTER IS SCHEDULED TO BE SENTENCED IN A MONTEREY COUNTY COURT ROOM IN NOVEMBER.
