Soledad police officers arrested 2-people this week, after a high-speed chase. Officers were responding to reports of people slashing tires, in the area of 4th and Monterey streets. The suspects fled in a van, and struck a police cruiser as they evaded officers. The chase ended shortly after, when the van crashed into a parked s.u.v. 2-of the suspects were apprehended, while 2-others fled from the scene.
