the city of watsonville public art committee is seeking artists to create art on various utility boxes in downtown watsonville. utility box art is one of the proposed projects included in the first ever public art plan in watsonville. transformation of the more than 50 utility boxes is set to occur as soon as funding becomes available. local artists may apply. proposals must be received by 5 p.m. on september 29th.
