the sentencing for a hollister man CONVICTED of sexually assaulting a 19-month old child has been delayed. 22 year-old jonathan fidone was found guilty of sexual assault in july, from an incident that occurred in july of 2010. he was originally SCHEDULED to be sentenced on thursday, but the hearing has been delayed until september 2nd. fidone faces 15 years to life in prison.
