a santa cruz woman was arrested last week on suspicion of hit and run in which a 75-year-old woman was injured. 27-year-old lisa ann shortridge was driving on east zayante road around 10 p.m. when she is suspected of hitting another vehicle driven by a 75 year-old scotts valley woman. shortridge was arrested and given a blood test, her blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
