A newly released report card from the santa cruz clara county public health department, gives low marks to the cities of gilroy and morgan hill, for their efforts to address tobacco use. The year-long study analyzed how cities are dealing with 4 main issues, which include: the amount of tobacco advertising, youth access to tobacco, overall tobacco sales, and whether there were any additional programs to curtail usage. Gilroy and morgan hill finished last, among santa clara county cities.
