Bank Robber Struck Twice 07/19/11 4:45p.m. TDH

A man who robbed a bank in monterey yesterday is believed to have struck again just an hour later, in sand city.   at 3:30 p.m. a bank of america branch inside of a sand city savemart was robbed by a man who fit the desciption of the monterey robber.
