an aptos man was injured while riding his bike after being hit by a car. 50-year-old bryan hollywood had been riding his bike in the deer park shopping center when he was struck by a car yesterday afternoon. he sustained moderate injuries and had to be taken to an area trauma center. c.h.p. determined that hollywood was riding his bicycle while intoxicated, he was cited for d.u.i. and released from the hospital.
