Watsonville police are trying to determine who is responsible for shooting 2-people outside a birthday party on Friday night. 19-year-old Soquel resident Luis Duran was declared dead at the scene of the incident, which occurred on the 2-hundred block of Manfre Road. An 18-year-old woman was treated at a local hospital, after being shot in the shoulder. She was later released. Police made contact with 3-suspects, who matched the shooters’ descriptions. They were interviewed, however no arrests have been made.
