A soquel man who died in a hit and run accident on Monday has been identified, as 31-year-old noel Hamilton. Hamilton was struck just after 10 p.m., as he rode his bike on northbound san jose-soquel road (near o’neil lane). He was declared dead at the scene. A driver did return to the scene about 40-minutes later. They were interviewed by C-H-P officers, however no arrests have been made.
