A woman who was accused of trying to sell her baby outside of the Salinas wal-mart last june, has pleaded guilty to child endangerment charges. Samantha tomasini was sentenced to 4-years of probation, as well as a drug rehab program. If she violates probation, she could serve 210-days in jail. 1-of those terms of probation includes having no contact with the other defendant in the case, Patrick fousek. His case is on-going.
