a scotts valley man who was featured on santa cruz county’s “most wanted” list has been arrested. 44 year-old bradlee ryan niblock was arrested on suspicion of drug POSSESSION and failing to appear in court. niblock is the 25th person to be brought into custody since the most wanted list was started.
