a mental health review has been completed for an aptos woman charged with killing her 3 year-old daughter. 39-year-old veva geraldine virgil is accused of smothering to death her daughter in a watsonville hotel room in 2008. virgil has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. she is due back in court july 14th to set a new court date.
