a suspected drug dealer in hollister was arrested during an undercover operation tuesday morning. 19-year-old jose mario flores was arrested after he sold heroin to undercover officers on several OCCASIONS. flores was found with over 22 ounces of heroin and 9-thousand dollars in cash. flores was booked into monterey county jail on multiple charges .
