a fremont woman died in a skydiving accident near tres pinios last week, and investigators believe that an error on her part led to the accident. 21 year-old jayme milnes, a skydiver with more than 150 jumps, was pronounced dead friday shortly after the accident. a video camera attached to milnes are leading investigators to believe that the accident was probably caused by jumper error, as opposed to a parachute malfunction. the investigation is ongoing.
