2 MEN PLEAD N C IN WIESJAHN DEATH – 06/16/11 10:09 S.S.

2  MEN  HAVE  FINALLY  PLEADED  NO  CONTEST TO  THEIR  INVOLVEMENT  IN  THE  VEHICULAR  MANSLAUGHTER  OF  A  17  YEAR-OLD  GIRL  ON  HIGHWAY  1 A  FEW  YEARS  AGO.      52  YEAR-OLD MARK  TINDALL WAS  DRIVING  RACHEL  WIESJAHN DOWN  THE  BIG  SUR  COAST  EARLY  ONE  AUGUST  2008  MORNING,   WHEN  HE  LOST  CONTROL  OF  HIS  VEHICLE  AND  IT  ROLLED.   WIESJAHN,  WHO  HAD  MANAGED  TO  GET  OUT  OF  THE  OVERTURNED  VEHICLE  AFTER  THE  ACCIDENT,  WAS  HIT  BY  A PASSING  VEHICLE  (THAT  WAS  BEING  DRIVEN  BY  51 YEAR-OLD MARK  HUDSON).     BOTH  TINDALL AND  HUDSON HAD  BEEN  DRINKING  AT  LOCAL  TAVERNS,   AND  ALCOHOL  WAS  CONSIDERED  TO  BE  A  FACTOR  IN  BOTH  ACCIDENTS.
