a salinas man was arrested on sunday after c.h.p. officers witnessed him urinating in the center divide of highway 1 at mar monte. richard norman sasse iii was stopped by california highway patrol officers after they saw him urinating in public. officers found sasse to be in possession of marijuana, hash, heroin, and other indicators of drug sales. sasse was booked into santa cruz county jail on several charges.
