Convicted child molester james lamb will remain under state supervision, for at least another year. that was the ruling today in a Monterey county courtroom, after a judge granted a request by lamb’s attorneys to remain under conditional release. Lamb made the request through his attorneys, shortly after the 2-day hearing was reconvened after lunch. The ruling means lamb will remain under state supervision, living in a trailer on a property off of river road, south of Salinas. He will be re-evaluated in 1-year.
