A 32-year-old man has been ordered to stand trial for several crimes, including 2-counts of attempted murder. Nicholas martinez is accused of shooting at 2-law enforcement officers last december, as he was being pulled over in salinas. (neither officer was hit.) He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, however a monterey county judge decided thursday, that there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial. Martinez is scheduled to return to a Monterey County court room May 26th.
