A man who died in a car accident in South Salinas on Sunday has been identified by authorities. 30-year-old Victor Ledesma Martinez, of Gonzales, was killed when he lost control of his car and hit a tree. Authorities believe martinez was racing at the time, and travelling at more than 100-miles-an-hour.
