A local university has been recognized for being one of the nation’s most eco-friendly (responsible) school. In the 2011 edition of princeton review’s “guide to 311 green colleges”, c.s.u. – monterey bay was profiled, for “demonstrating its commitment to sustainability” in both the campus infrastructure, and the course offerings. the guide is put out by the princeton review, and the u.s. green building council.
