Nobody was injured when a bullet was shot into an occupied residence in Salinas last night. Salinas Police officers responded to the shooting incident at 10:30 p.m., after it was reported that someone had shot through the window of a house on the 4-hundred block of Vallejo Street. Police report they did recover a single, large-caliber shell casing. Again, nobody was injured, and none of the occupants claimed any gang affiliation when questioned by officers.
