A 25-year old man was arrested in Watsonville Monday night after he almost drove into a marked police patrol vehicle. Police say the driver of the vehicle, Jesus Montanez-Vasquez, was pulled over just after 10:30 p.m. near Holly Drive and Ross Avenue. Montanez-Vasquez was arrested on charges of DUI after having a blood-alcohol content of zero point 19%, more than twice the legal limit.
