A DECOY OPERATION WAS CONDUCTED IN WHICH A MINOR TRIED TO BUY ALCOHOL FROM 13 DIFFERENT OUTLETS , INCLUDING THE SCOTTS VALLEY PIZZA COMPANY. THE CLERK CITED FACES A MINIMUM FINE OF 250 DOLLARS AND UP TO 32 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE. THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL WILL ALSO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE RESTAURANT, WHICH COULD INCLUDE A FINE OR SUSPENSION OF ITS ALCOHOL LICENSE.
