The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors is set to hold a public hearing tomorrow(tues) morning, to discuss plans to preserve and improve Moran Lake in Live Oak. Supervisors are seeking public comments on plans to improve the parking lot and bathroom, stabilize a trail, and build a picnic area and garden.
