Police in Santa cruz are searching for a man in his 60s who struck a teen Sunday before making sexual comments to a group of boys. A Caucasian man was at San Lorenzo Park at around 2 p.m., when he reportedly made an inappropriate sexual comment to four boys after he overheard them talk about going swimming. The boys were said to have yelled at the man to leave before the man hit one of the boys on the head. Police were called before the boys followed the man and saw him get into a White Volkswagen Van, where he was last seen driving south on Dakota and turning on Soquel Avenue towards Downtown.
