A Seaside martial arts instructor was arrested over the weekend on charges that he sexually abused a minor. 37-year old Robert Mendoza is being held on a $125,000 bond after he was arrested Saturday night for the abuse which allegedly occurred in Mendoza’s martial arts school 3 years ago.
