A man accused of shooting people outside a Monterey bar on new years day has turned himself in. Alejandro Gonzales was transported back to Monterey after turning himself in TO San Jose POLICE OFFICERS. He faceS 3 counts of attempted murder, FOR SHOOTINGS THAT TOOK PLACE outside the Mucky Duck ON THE 400 BLOCK OF ALVARADO STREET.
