2-separate armed robberies occurred in santa cruz last night. In the first incident, at 9:40 p.m., two 18-year-olds were robbed by 3-men near the corner of cardiff place and high street. The victims were not injured, but surrendered their possessions. About 2-hours later, another armed robbery involving 3-suspects was reported. In that incident, two 55-year-old victims were walking on west cliff drive, when the suspects demanded their money at gunpoint. Police were unable to locate the suspects, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the santa cruz police department.
