A burst water main flooded part of soquel avenue in santa cruz this morning. The pipe broke at about 10 a.m., near the intersection of dakota avenue. 3-nearby vehicles were damaged by asphalt when the main burst, however no injuries were reported. Crews were able to shut off the water before any nearby businesses were flooded. The cause of the break is being investigated.
