4 men were arrested Saturday night in Seaside in a possible gang-related shooting that injured 2 17-year olds. The teens were shot on Fremont Boulevard shortly before 9 p.m. The suspects were apprehended after a chase on Highway-1 that ended in the former Fort Ord. 20-year old Juan Andres Franco, 19-year olds Rafael Villegas Arispe and Jesse Salgado and 18-year old Christian Roberto Maritnez are all being held on charges that include attempted murder with gang enhancements, evading police and auto theft.
