A 48-year old Salinas man has been sentenced to spend 178-years to life in prison for molesting 2 young girls. Antonio Rodriguez was sentenced under the state’s 3-strikes rule. Rodriguez allegedly molested a 7-year old girl during Thanksgiving dinner at friend’s apartment in 2008 and a month later, molested another girl at his home. Rodriguez was also convicted in a 1985 molestation case, the 30-year old victim in that case has also testified against Rodriguez.
