Multiple shots were fired Wednesday night after a confrontation on a Watsonville basketball court. The altercation occurred around 6:45 p.m. when several men asked a group of teen boys on the court a gang related question. One of the teens responded by saying he did not claim a gang affiliation, and then was assaulted by one of the men. The victim and other teens fled when the men fired a couple of shots in the direction of the teens. Anyone with information is asked to call the crime tip line at 9831-728-3544.
