he trial of a Prunedale man, who was charged with molesting 5 girls since 1992, got underway today. 65-year old John David Woody faces a potential life sentence if convicted of 25 counts of sexual molestation against the victims, 3 of whom knew him through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Since the 1st victim, a 10-year old girl, came forward in 2008, 4 more have come forward since then. The trial is expected to last roughly 3 weeks.
