3 men were convicted in a Santa Clara County courtroom yesterday for the murder of a Los Gatos man 2 years ago. Paul Garcia, Miguel Chaidez and Lucio Estrada were all found guilty of 1st degree murder in the 2008 death of 53-year old Mark Achilli, who was gunned down outside of Los Gatos town house. Garcia and Estrada face life in prison without the possibility of parole, Chaidez however may be eligible for parole in 25-years.
