5 body boarders were rescued from several Santa Cruz County beaches this week. Lifeguards at Manresa State Beach on Wednesday pulled 2 body boarders out of the surf 2 different times meanwhile, a 5th body boarder was rescued at Rio Del Mar State Beach. Yesterday, lifeguards helped pull 5 people out of the high surf at Manresa State Beach.
