Convicted rapist, Tom Pollacci is set to appear in court today on additional charges. The 50-year old Pebble Beach resident was sentenced to spend 8 years in prison for raping a woman in April of 2008. Pollacci now faces the possibility of an additional 24 years behind bars if he is convicted of 3 addtional rape charges involving 2 other different women, (whom he reportedly raped in April of 2007 and the Fall of 2008).
